We've special rates on offer - just €30 per person sharing (double - 1 bed for 2 people and twin rooms - 2 beds for 2 people) and only €40 for single occupancy. Our prices include a choice of hot, cold or specialist breakfasts. Payment in cash is preferred as we're not set up to process credit cards at home. Parking is free!!!

Our cancellation policy;
1: When you book online with credit card and pay the requested deposit, and you cancel subsequently, you lose this deposit, and/or if you pay in full on line at time of booking and subsequently cancel more than 24 hours before the booked date, we retain the deposit amount (based on 10% of the total) and return the balance amount online.
2: If you cancel, in part or in full, within 24 hours of arrival, you must pay 50% of the booked charge.
